Event - Dragon's Den Cracking Contraptions

In Year 5's English lessons, we have been learning all about Persuasive features and persuasive writing.
In DT, we have designed cracking contraptions to help reduce a teacher's workload. Our inventions include, the VRPpen and the 'teach-o-matic'. We then worked in a group to write a persuasive pitch for our teacher invention.
We then faced the 'Dragons in a 'Dragon's Den' style interview. The dragons were very tough to face! The winning groups got to have a mufti day as their prize.
